Black Forge No. 4 is a bold steakhouse-style blend with deep umami flavor, smoky character, and a dramatic dark finish. Crafted with Syracuse salt, onion, garlic, shiitake mushroom, applewood smoke, and activated charcoal, it was made to enhance the richness of beef without overpowering it.
