- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 small onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons Black Forge No. 4
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni or small pasta
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream or cream cheese, optional for extra creaminess

Directions
