Refund & Return Policy
Salt Spring Spice products are small-batch food items. For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.
If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product so we can review the issue.
When approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and available inventory.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Salt Spring Spice is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by an incorrect address entered at checkout.
We currently ship within New York State only. Orders placed outside of our current shipping area may be cancelled and refunded.
