Salt Spring Spice creates small-batch seasoning blends for culinary use. We make every effort to describe our products, ingredients, flavors, sizes, and photos accurately.
Because our blends are made in small batches, slight differences in color, texture, or appearance may occur.
Shipping Area
Salt Spring Spice currently ships within New York State only. Our goal is to expand beyond New York as we grow.
Orders placed outside of our current shipping area may be cancelled and refunded.
Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full at checkout. After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation.
Salt Spring Spice reserves the right to cancel or refund an order due to inventory issues, address errors, shipping limitations, suspected fraud, or other fulfillment concerns.
Shipping
We offer $8.99 flat-rate shipping within New York State.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Salt Spring Spice is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Returns & Refunds
Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can review the issue.
