Order Changes & Cancellations

Because everything at Salt Spring Spice is prepared in small batches, orders move quickly once they’re placed.

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, reach out as soon as you can at:

We’ll always try to catch it in time, but once an order has been packed or is on its way out, we’re not able to make changes or cancel it.

If your order has already shipped, it can’t be canceled—but if something isn’t right when it arrives, we’ll take care of you. Just reach out, and we’ll help however we can.
