These Garlic Herb Chicken Parmesan Sliders are warm, cheesy, buttery, and packed with cozy Italian-style flavor. Canal Side No. 1 brings the garlic, herbs, and savory depth that make these taste like something straight from a neighborhood Italian kitchen — simple enough for a weeknight, but good enough to serve a crowd.

Ingredients

  • 12 slider rolls
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken or chopped breaded chicken tenders
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Canal Side No. 1
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, optional
  • Fresh parsley, optional
  • Extra marinara for dipping

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix the chicken with marinara sauce and 1 teaspoon Canal Side No. 1.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the rolls.
  5. Top with mozzarella and parmesan.
  6. Place the top half of the rolls over the filling.
  7. Mix melted butter with the remaining 1/2 teaspoon Canal Side No. 1 and garlic powder if using.
  8. Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the rolls.
  9. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  10. Remove foil and bake another 5–8 minutes, until golden and melty.
  11. Serve warm with extra marinara.

Storage

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer so the rolls stay crisp.
