Ingredients

  • 2 large naan flatbreads or pizza flatbreads
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, chopped or shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Iron Pier No. 2 Cherrywood Smoke & Maple Blend
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing, plus more for drizzling
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onion, optional
  • Optional: hot honey, barbecue sauce, black pepper, or crushed red pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place the flatbreads on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. In a bowl, toss the cooked chicken with olive oil or melted butter and Iron Pier No. 2 until evenly coated.
  3. Spread ranch dressing over each flatbread.
  4. Top with the smoky maple chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, and chopped bacon.
  5. Bake for 10 to 13 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are crisp.
  6. Drizzle with extra ranch, sprinkle with green onion if using, slice, and serve warm.

A tiny drizzle of honey or hot honey after baking brings out the maple warmth in Iron Pier No. 2 without making the flatbread too sweet.
