Ingredients
- 2 large naan flatbreads or pizza flatbreads
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, chopped or shredded
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Iron Pier No. 2 Cherrywood Smoke & Maple Blend
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing, plus more for drizzling
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onion, optional
- Optional: hot honey, barbecue sauce, black pepper, or crushed red pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place the flatbreads on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- In a bowl, toss the cooked chicken with olive oil or melted butter and Iron Pier No. 2 until evenly coated.
- Spread ranch dressing over each flatbread.
- Top with the smoky maple chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, and chopped bacon.
- Bake for 10 to 13 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are crisp.
- Drizzle with extra ranch, sprinkle with green onion if using, slice, and serve warm.
