- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Canal Side No. 1
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon honey, plus more for drizzling
- 1 small cucumber, sliced
- Pita wedges, crackers, crostini, or toasted bread
