Spring House Turkey & Swiss Roll-Ups

Soft, golden roll-ups filled with turkey, Swiss cheese, and a buttery lemon-herb finish make this an easy lunch or cozy family dinner that feels simple, familiar, and homemade. Spring House No. 3 adds bright, savory flavor that turns everyday turkey and cheese into something warm and comforting.

Ingredients

Roll-Ups

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough or pizza dough
  • 8 slices deli turkey
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese, halved
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard or mayonnaise, optional
  • Optional: thin pickle slices or baby spinach

Lemon Herb Butter

  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon Spring House No. 3
  • 1 teaspoon honey, optional
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan, optional
  • Optional: fresh parsley for topping

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles. If using pizza dough, cut into 8 even pieces.
  4. Spread a very thin layer of Dijon mustard or mayonnaise onto each piece of dough if using.
  5. Layer turkey and Swiss cheese onto each piece of dough.
  6. Add pickle slices or baby spinach if desired.
  7. Roll each piece up gently, tucking the filling inside as you go.
  8. Place roll-ups seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  9. In a small bowl, stir together melted butter, Spring House No. 3, honey if using, and parmesan if using.
  10. Brush the lemon herb butter over the tops of the roll-ups.
  11. Bake for 12 to 16 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  12. Sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired.
  13. Let cool for a few minutes before serving, since the cheese will be hot.
