Spring House Turkey & Swiss Roll-Ups

Ingredients
Roll-Ups
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough or pizza dough
- 8 slices deli turkey
- 4 slices Swiss cheese, halved
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard or mayonnaise, optional
- Optional: thin pickle slices or baby spinach
Lemon Herb Butter
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon Spring House No. 3
- 1 teaspoon honey, optional
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan, optional
- Optional: fresh parsley for topping
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles. If using pizza dough, cut into 8 even pieces.
- Spread a very thin layer of Dijon mustard or mayonnaise onto each piece of dough if using.
- Layer turkey and Swiss cheese onto each piece of dough.
- Add pickle slices or baby spinach if desired.
- Roll each piece up gently, tucking the filling inside as you go.
- Place roll-ups seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, stir together melted butter, Spring House No. 3, honey if using, and parmesan if using.
- Brush the lemon herb butter over the tops of the roll-ups.
- Bake for 12 to 16 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving, since the cheese will be hot.
